I'm Petra Kis-Herczegh, an independent consultant &  advisor based in the UK.

 

Originally from Budapest, I moved to the UK in 2014 and have since built a career spanning digital marketing, SaaS, and organisational behaviour, with roles at globally recognised brands.

I hold an MSc in Applied Neuroscience and remain actively involved in neuroscience research, which gives a rigorous scientific foundation to the work I've long done at the intersection of people and business performance. Alongside my advisory work, I speak at international conferences, coach and mentor professionals, and write on emotional intelligence, collaboration, and organisational change.
